Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. We do partner with CareCredit™ as we do not provide in-house payment plans. We will bill any and all insurance companies as a courtesy to you regardless of whether or not we are in network. Please understand it is your personal responsibility to know the realms of what your insurance does/does not cover.


Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.


Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan through Care Credit, but this must be done prior to the services being rendered.
